For a nominal fee we're happy to offer the following services:

Policies:
- Rates above plus Sonoma Occupancy Tax of 9%.
- A 50% deposit upon booking. The balance is due within thirty to sixty days prior to arrival.
- We have a no-refund policy — but will try and rebook the property
given enough notice, and refund your deposit minus a $200 service fee.
- We have a firm no-smoking policy on the property.
- This is a private home; in wine country
- Although we love pets, they are not allowed.
- No events without permission; additional fees may apply.
- No wedding receptions without permission.
